We recently had an emergency in our home up on the mountains above Fairview. Jeff and his wife, came up immediately to help us resolve the issue. I cannot tell you how grateful we are for their attention to detail and the need to do all possible to get us back into our home. We found Harward Mechanical on Facebook through a local yardsale site. I typically only take recommendations from those who've used the service personally, but I took a chance and messaged Jeff. He was so knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations and took the time to go over everything we needed done to replace our leaky water heater. He was patient as I had a few other companies come by to give me a quote and kept asking him follow up questions. Our water heater was apparently installed incorrectly and needed all sorts of corrections and adjustments made, but he worked with us and our budget to give us the best quote by far compared to what I got from other companies. He kept in contact while our new water heater was being ordered and came right on time on the day of installation. He came with two other guys, and they were careful to put on shoe covers to keep my house clean. They were courteous and kept to the timeline I was given.
